Self-service autopay enrollment for guest and authenticated customers, replacing a manual mail-and-fax SAP process. 10,000 accounts enrolled in the first month; 90% of enrollments initiated were completed.

Hi, I’m Olive! I'm a senior product designer with 6+ years of experience based in Los Angeles, CA.
I've had a passion for design since I was a child. Obsessing over color palettes, font pairings, and the psychology of what makes design great. I've leveraged my obsession with the details to create B2B and B2C financial products and self service dashboards and internal tools used by millions of people daily. My goal is always to create seamless projects that leave users feeling empowered.
How I work: I lead projects end to end, from framing it with the PM, research, negotiating feasibility with engineering, and designing with the best interests of both customers and the business in mind.
