Dentsply Sirona previously lacked a comprehensive overview of positions, teams, and benefits. This project was put in place to better inform job seekers of what positions are available within various teams and why they should work at DS.
PROBLEM

Job seekers often find it challenging to gain insights into the various roles, teams, and benefits offered by DS.

The initial state of the careers page was cluttered and lacked clear navigation. It lacked a logical flow and proper labels, which left job seekers uncertain about Dentsply Sirona's offerings. The careers section was primarily a single, complicated page, making navigation difficult. Additionally, the intent and destinations of CTAs were unclear.
SOLUTION

Create a user friendly flow with clear labels to guide job seekers to what they look for most.

This includes information on how to apply, the recruiting process, the different teams at Dentsply Sirona, benefits, growth opportunities, locations, company values, and more. The final product was a responsive website that adapts seamlessly to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

Figuring out the flow of the career pages

We wanted to ensure that our new career pages would be simple to navigate through without causing information overload so we decided to break down a few most commonly search items and organized them under career and company tabs in the navigation.
Following our site map, we introduced a new navigation section designed to provide users with clear and direct access to each subsection.
COMPETITAVE ANALYSIS

We analyzed how other corporations visualize their career pages.

The initial career page at Dentsply Sirona was text heavy and lacked visuals, making it difficult to read. So we decided to see how other companies incorporate different visual elements to reduce and break up text.
We noticed the commonality of icon usage and colors to reduce text and decided that was something we needed to implement as well.
EARLY ITERATIONS

Crafting the ideal visual strategy.

We underwent multiple iterations to determine the optimal usage of images, icons, and colors for the best user experience.
Once we identified a design system that resonated with us, we developed templates for future microsites, ensuring a consistent and cohesive design approach.
